Protection for your transmitter from Graupner
During the manufacturing process of stick units, it leads partly to very high stresses in the plastic intake through the press-in of the original shafts. Many stick units have already get hairline cracks and then jumped. Thus, the stick unit is unusable and must be replaced.
To prevent this, we have the Reinforcing kit for systems such as Graupner MC-16, MC-20, MC-32, MX-12, MX-16, MX-20, MZ-series offer. Please check in advance whether the dimensions for your remote control type fit.
You can also repair the stick unit with the kit!
Installation:
The reinforcements can be used with the series sticks or our stick switches. With the series sticks only the upper stick is unscrewed, the reinforcing pushed over and bonded with UHU Plus 300. In systems with our stick switches, the reinforcement must be pushed over and glued with UHU plus 300 before installing the stick switch. Already mounted stick switches must first be removed.

Our stick switches have a thinner shaft than the original sticks and thus mitigate the risk of stress fractures. However, as a long term action additional protection is useful with the reinforcing kit because the plastic part is relieved.
